I am very satisfied with the service that was done in my home. To start light carpet does not help to have when you have young children so my carpet was full of spills from juices to food,etc. I also have 2 dogs one not fully house broken. I would like to say that the gentleman was able to make my carpet look just as it looked when I first purchase my home. He was very kind, respectful, prompt on time, professional and knows his line of work! If you want to be satisfied and pay a reasonable price this is the guy for you. I do plan on doing some of my furniture in the future with this company before I replace my furniture! I can't wait to see the outcome!

Couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommended! My grandfather had a bed bug issue and he made sure to take his time in checking all the house and making sure the job was done. Bed bugs take months to treat and aren't a 1 or 2 time visit so if you are on of the unfortunate that experiences this type of issue just be patient and trust the process!

You will not find better service anywhere in town! I originally had Stanley Steamer out to clean several pet messes in the living room. The spots immediately came back, so I called Bennie with Dirt Doctor. Not only did he clean the spots, but he showed up with a sunny disposition and was a true professional. I really needed to find an honest carpet cleaning service, and one that really knows how to get many different stains out, plus leave a clean yet fragrant smell. The Dirt Doctor met the challenge. They said that they would arrive at 9, and they arrived exactly at 9 sharp. They vacuumed, and pre treated the carpet, and then, began cleaning it. I felt comfortable enough to leave and come back to see how it was going. Each time I came back Bennie was hard at work, going above and beyond to meet my expectation. When the job was completed, there were absolutely no spots or stains to be found. There was however a very clean citrus fragrance. You can choose a different fragrance if you would like to. There are several to choose from. They came out and clean my tile floor and the grout looks great. It looks like a new home now. I have told my friends about them and they took care of them like family. I highly recommend them.

Benny came out to our new home that we had just purchased. The house was covered in dog hair and reeked of urine. I had tried to clean the carpet with my personal carpet cleaner and couldn’t get the smell out. He came out and was able to get the smell out along with the hair. He was respectful and hardworking! He was quick but effective. We will definitely go through him again for any carpet cleaning in the future.
